The lady in the Hampton shop who was there my last two times really put a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know her name but know i went in on a Friday afternoon and she was the only one there. She pointed out both times that i have acne which is uncalled for. I am there to get my eyebrows done, not for dermotology. I was feeling good about my skin because it has come a long way and for her to point out that i have acne to try to upsell some product that’s probably gonna break me out more is ridiculous. No tact. They want to upsell so bad that they do not mind offending clients which is sad because they do good work. But i will not be returning Service: Eyebrow threading

I just love love love Ms.Dolly in the va. Bch location this is only my second appt . I went for my first appointment just to get my eyebrows threaded and Ms.Dolly introduced me to tinting and I absolutely love it and not only does she keep me looking good she’s a very sweet and honest kindhearted person , for years I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed at a spa in Norfolk and today I’ve made the decision to continue on with The lovely Ms.Dolly . Their morning person sucks. She ruined my eyebrow shape after I was very particular about just getting a cleanup and then just wanted to keep removing hair so that my eyebrows would be completely thinned out. My birthday is on Saturday and she has completely ruined my eyebrows. If you are coming here I’d go when the evening and weekend lady is there. And it’s $15. I just spent $15 to have my eyebrows uneven. I don’t even know what to do right now.
