The Hampton location has my heart! I love the atmosphere and Madelyn is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. I trust her entirely which is so important in a stylist.

Katie did a great job of fixing my grown out roots! She asked for the input of other stylists to ensure my hair turned out how I wanted it and I really appreciated the amount of time and effort she put into making sure my existing blue hair would blend into the newly bleached sections. I also liked that a couple of the other people working checked in with us to see what we were up to (I was doing a rather unconventional touch up job lol). I had to assure everyone that I was fully aware that my hair was gonna look a little crazy until I went home and put the blue in!

In July 2022 I got my hair cut at this establishment. I thought everything was fine except on the left side of my head I noticed an area was cut noticeably shorter in the front. I noticed this the day after the appointment. I was able to style it where it wasn’t noticeable and I wear my hair up for work anyways. Last week I made an appointment with the same stylist because I don’t mind giving second chances and was going to address this issue at the appointment. On the 19th an hour and 15 minutes before my appointment they called to cancel. I received a survey that morning around 8 a.m. for my appointment and was confused on why they waited so long to let me know the situation. I told them I had an event on Friday to be at and this was the reason for this appointment. They were able to get me in on the 20th with a different stylist. I showed up 10 minutes early to the Hampton location for said appointment. To my surprise the store isn’t open. I called the Newport News location, and app
