3 stars because the shampoo lady is a national treasure, and I did end up with hair I love. But - I’ll be seeing a different salon stylist for a different price tag.I first came to this salon in June and received the best haircut I’ve ever had from Anderson. It was a pricey haircut, but it was worth it. However, when I came back this week to get some highlights and toner done to my hair, I had quite literally the worst salon experience of my life. I was asked 5 or 6 times about my toner color selection and each time he gave me a different suggestion or “natural” recommendation that looked nothing like the picture I shared or something that would have gone well with the current color in my hair. He eventually had to get the owner for his opinion. The owner understood 1000% what I wanted and how the color I was choosing matched the current color of my hair. once we got on the same page about my color selection we started a very uncomfortable highlighting experience. I went to salon simis for the first time and had my hair done by kiki. I absolutely love how it turned out, she listened to what I wanted and walked me through the steps of what she would do. She also gave me a breakdown of the pricing. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend kiki. I’m so happy with the results it’s exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely LOVE my hair !! Kim is such a great stylist. I have 3b curls and when lightening my hair she really took into consideration the integrity of my hair. Really great customer service and l've NEVER had such a thorough consultation before. I also appreciate the product knowledge I received during my service , not all stylist do that. She really made me feel safe on her chair. No one has ever achieved my end goal but she did above and beyond. I’m so in love with my hair ???????????? I recommend ????????????????????????
