Went to this salon around a year ago for a color correction, the stylist said it would be no problem and that she was confident in helping me, but at the end of the service not only did it look nothing like what I asked for, my hair was completely fried off, several different lengths, extremely dry, and broken. A year later, and my hair is still ruined, and won’t grow back due to the damage. Also they still charged me hundreds for literally destroying my hair, even after they couldn’t finish brushing and drying my hair because it was literally falling out in clumps. Do not go here ever unless you want permanently damaged hair

Got my haircut there once. It was okay but the salon was dirty on the inside. Booked a second appointment for 9AM, showed up and the business was locked. Someone showed up at 9:05AM and unlocked the building and invited me in. I was informed that my stylist wouldn't be there until about 9:20AM. I decided to leave and book somewhere else because I was nervous the stylist would be rushing.

Upset at my experience, the previous salon I went to had kind of messed my hair up and I wanted to get my hair fixed there. They told me they can do it. And the end of my session they said they couldn’t fix it, because of the previous salon’s technique. Knowing this upfront would have been helpful as if there was no saving my hair then I wouldn’t have gotten it done.. just seemed very predatory to make us spend money and then not be able to fix the hair. Especially since I wasn’t fully informed on what they wanted to do with my hair as well. Services: Hair glazing, Haircut, Hair coloring
