Very happy with my results. I messed up my bangs and they fixed them and added layers. Reasonably priced and bilingual Spanish/English.

Both in store and on the websites it states that they offer waxing, shaving, and massages. I came in as a walk in to ask and began speaking to me in Spanish. Now I totally don’t mind that, I’m trying my best to pick it up as a second language but when they found out I was American, they became cold and distant and I suddenly felt as if I was an outsider that wasn’t wanted. So when I asked if I could set up an appointment for a shave they rejected me and told me that they don’t have the equipment available to perform the task….at a barbershop. So I decided to play it further and asked if I could do a waxing instead. I was then told the lady who does the waxing is not here today. Ok. How about a massage then? That way I’m at least providing business and making it worth the effort of patronage to the establishment.
