I would like to say thank you to Moon and Lilly! Today I got my nails done by Moon. She understood exactly what I wanted. Also, they provided great customer service. I’ve been coming here for about a little over a month and have not been dissatisfied with the service I receive. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have also brought my 5yr old here and they have accommodated her very well. I enjoy coming here to get my nails done and would definitely recommend this place! Thank you moon and Lilly! If I could give no stars I would. Made an appointment for gel X and pedicure. I looked at the paint on the nails and noticed that in some spots it’s thick and no color in other. Gel X…said I wanted short coffin and got medium. Showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she acted like she couldn’t do it. She did a hot pink French tip and I had had enough. I was not feeling comfortable at all or even confident that she could finish. The lady at the front asked me if I was uncomfortable due to too many people in there. How rude to say that to someone. I am never going there again. Learn how to respect customers. Going somewhere else to get what I wanted. Forgot to mention that the lady wiped her nose and proceeded to continue to work on my nails. Disgusting. She also dug her own nails into my skin multiple times.

When I visited this salon yesterday, I didn't expect much, but the services were terrific. The Hot Stone Foot Massage left my feet feeling incredible and so much more comfortable. I also tried their Callus Removal, which was fine. The technicians are helpful, so just go there, and they'll assist you.
