CoCo Nail Bar

I’ve been a client for over 6 months and never excepted to receive such bad treatment and poor customer service today. This salon is not near my home but I’m extremely picky about my nail shape & designs, so once I find someone I like I stick to it. I have referred several friends to this place and I’ll make sure to not do that anymore. I called for an appointment with my a specific technician, I originally wanted a later appointment (5pm) and they asked me if I could come earlier (4pm). I left work and drove about 40 min to get to my appointment on time. Only to show up and learn the technician was booked and I would need to see a first person available. No I did not want that, because I specially requested my technician and came earlier like the receptionist requested. They said sorry, there’s nothing I can do, when do you want to come back? We've been coming here frequently to different people because of the environment and the work has been mediocre. However, there is an up charge for using a card vs cash. In order to make sure we arrived on time we came straight there and were going to get cash while the other finished up. (Was here with a friend) We were informed that was not possible although the bank is directly across from the salon. As frequent customers you would think you would want to continue that relationship but it was tarnished by this. Just noticed she didn't make sure the nail she added the tip on is longer and didn't cut it down to match the other. Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Kids' manicures, Manicure

When I arrived the staff at the receptionist desk were very welcoming. I showed them the picture of what I wanted and the gentleman was quick to pick out my colors and seat me. Fast but quality! Mimi did my nails gel pedi and dip mani. She was fast but it did not take away from the quality of service. I will definitely be back!
