MaKell did a fantastic haircut and style. She learned what look I was hoping for and created a plan to get that look. She then checked up throughout to make sure that I liked it. I have had positive experiences with Profiles. I am always met with a greeting and any time my crazy schedule shifts, the front staff and Taylor (my lash tech) are always willing to accommodate or find a solution. I have been going to Profiles for at least 8 years and while they have had a change in management; they are very good, service oriented and they appreciate their customers. The salon is spacious so you do not feel so close to other Customers while you are getting your hair done. Stylists dress professionally as well. Also, if there is a product that you need abd they do not have, they will get it for you! One of the best stylist is Sarah Hartman.
