My experience at Laced was out of this world incredible, as usual! From the moment I walk into the beautifully curated salon I was treated like a queen. The very best hair wash with terrific scalp massage, and a deep conditioning treatment for my summer strands. Don’t wait, make an appointment, they finished my hair with the most expert of beach waves and a house made hair oil that I purchased immediately! Coming back next week!

Do not buy hair extensions from this place. They make excuses when their tape doesn’t work. They refuse to send you your product after you spent $500. I bought from them $700 worth six months ago almost and I didn’t receive any hair. Going through their shipping department was literally agonizing. They took no accountability and I didn’t receive my hair for six weeks after that. Their customer service is a bunch of blonde girls who are Mormon and do not know how to treat customers. Not only that but eventually when I did get the hair, I sent it back to the exact address on the Internet. And they told me that they never got it. Which is ridiculous and a lie because the woman that I talked to not even two months ago, told me that she did receive it. These women go back-and-forth. They send me the wrong color constantly, and their customer care person named McKenzie welder, called me after I spent $500 today and told me that they weren’t going to give me the product.
