The stylist said there was no time to style my hair after finishing my cut and let me leave the salon with sopping wet hair and I was charged full price for the incomplete service. Stylist’s reasoning is that I was late, but I was right on time lol I waited in the lobby for the stylist to grab me for 10 min after I checked in with the front desk. I had to go home after my lunch time hair appointment to style my hair rather than back to work. There are many ways to handle time conflicts, but letting a client leave with wet hair is not one of them. I expect to look presentable after spending $100 at a salon for a trim.

Everyone at this salon have been really kind and all of them so talented. Anthony has worked with me twice now and I really appreciate the talent and passion he puts into his work. I love getting his input on what will make the haircut be the absolute best it can be. I have received only the best haircuts and colors here, definitely worth the money.

My experience was disastrous & expensive ($315) I showed the stylist a pic of the highlights I wanted, after 4 hours in her chair, she washed my hair & sure enough the highlights were pretty; however she then put on another “solution “ I think toner but not sure & the beautiful blonde was completely gone. I now have a dark ashy blonde & my hair now is super brittle!! She (I believe left me under the dryer way too long), and it gets even better, she charged me 315.00. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting
