I love working at Phenix. I was skeptical about it at first because I've always been in a salon. It's great being the owner and making all my own decisions. It's been a great experience, it's super clean with a great atmosphere. And even better, the franchise owner is awesome and super easy to work with. I would highly recommend you checking it out if you're interested in changing.
