JTB Nails and Spa

I’m not one to leave reviews but I went in to get an acrylic set and had a basic photo with colored tips instead of white. I got dip with awful gel painted tips. He only did one coat of gel so you can see through parts of it and the lines are not straight, each nail looks different, my nails aren’t filed correctly and there are bubbles in the top coat. He said the reason it doesn’t look right is because I am not a hand model.

Went in here because it’s super close to me. Won’t be going back. They didn’t touch my cuticles at all, even though they really needed to be trimmed up. The polish is uneven and bumpy. The most annoying part is that she didn’t even put the polish to the cuticles. So even though I got it this morning it looks like it has grown out for days. I could have done this easily at home. And done better. So not worth it

Went in three days ago for a pedicure. The male tech was awful. He pulled on my skin and didn’t stop when I told him he was hurting me. He also did a terrible job applying polish. My big toes is now swollen and red, it does look infected. I have never experienced anything like this. I did see other poor reviews about this technician. I wonder why they keep him on.
