Bri has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years, and she's amazing! I have really thick wavy hair and she manages to cut my short hair just right to keep it tame and stylish. She is also such a nice and fun person to talk to! I haven't done color but if I did I would absolutely trust her to do a great job. Service: Haircut

Can’t get a call back for an appointment. I have called and left messages over the last 3 weeks and have not received any communication back. Goes to voicemail during business hours as well. My friend had referenced this salon as a good place to go so I’ve been patient to hear back because I really liked the way it looks and as I’m new to the city and don’t really know where else to go. Poor professionalism if you can’t call a prospective client back. Super bummer. Website also won’t let me book a basic consultation with the stylist I want which was detailed in my voicemails. Your voicemail system says you will return all voicemails and texts and over the last month you simply have NOT done that. I get the being with a client makes you unavailable during that time but you see clients 7 of 24 hours in a day. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
