The Spa Lounge

This was my first massage ever and it was AMAZING. I did the massage with warm rocks and came out of the appointment feeling so relaxed and with a lot less tension in my body. I was nervous going into this about feeling uncomfortable, but that didn't happen at all. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the gal who gave my massage was so kind and did a great job. Overall 10/10. The only qualm I have is that the location is kinda confusing to find your way through. Otherwise, it was all amazing!

The technicians that work there are great, but don’t ever sign up for the membership, it’s a scam. Be sure to book your appointments on your own, I recently lost 2 of my credits because the person over the phone booked my appointments at the wrong location and didn’t verify with me even though I called the location I wanted to start with. They did send me a text, but I didn’t pay much mind because it didn’t cross my mind that the location could be wrong. I showed up and because my appointment was about to start, they said my only options were to drive 30 minutes away and lose half of my appointment, even though I couldn’t fit that in my schedule, or to lose to appointment completely at full cost. How is that fair when it was their fault the appointment was incorrect? The funny part is that when I originally called, it was to cancel my membership because I wasn’t using it, and you can only cancel IN PERSON. So I made the appointment with the intent to cancel. Scheduled the anti-aging facial for a Christmas gift for myself and my adult step daughter. First off, it was 90 minutes long with a ton of extra cleansing, masks, & massage of face, head shoulders & arms. It was the BEST facial Either of us have ever had! The back area of the spa with all the treatment rooms, was so cozy and intimate, smelled amazing and was so relaxing. Every minute was amazing there. I can't wait to try all of the other Spa Lounge locations!
