Great Clips

I have been going to this location since I moved here and I have always been pleased with my cut. Yesterday, however, I don't know if the hairdresser was having a rough day but she was so rough on my head. My hair honestly feels thinner today because of it. Not only that but I have a mole on my scalp I thought she was going to rip it out with the force she was using. In addition, the conversation was really just an uncomfortable experience. Probably will go again, maybe a different location, regardless, I will ask for a different hair dresser next time

I have been coming to this location coming up on two years and the store is in the best shape I’ve ever seen. The staff are friendly, courteous, detail oriented and do incredible work. They’ve helped suggest a new hair style and keep it looking sharp time and time again. At this location you get an incredible cut at a competitive price and great conversation (if desired) to boot. 10/10 would recommend. Breanne (the manager) has taken it to the next level of quality. Asked for blunt Bob. Told the woman cutting my hair that it's not even. She said, yes it is, I checked it. Well, here it is. Also, what's up with signing in online and the app saying 0 minutes, no one ahead of you. And then arriving to a 40 minute wait?
