Nailed

This place is a joke. Worse nail salon I have ever been to. The front desk lady could not have been ruder if she tried and my nail tech did the most sloppy job at a manicure I have ever experienced. All I wanted was a manicure- no polish. She told me she was done after 15 minutes and I still had my old nail polish on my nails and smeared all over my hands and fingers. I asked her to fully remove the nail polish and she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me! $30 for her taking off regular polish and unevenly filing my nails. Such a rip off. My nieces French tip was uneven and she left with scratches all over her. Her cuticles were red and bloody. She said her nail tech cut her 3 different times and was also rude to her!! There are several other nail salons that do a better job and actually care about if you patronize their business. This place was just horrible. From start to finish.

This place has high reviews from my favorite Insta ladies @triedandtruemoms. I thought I’d give it a shot. The gal who did my pedicure was very soft spoken and shy, her massage was terrible, basically just rubbing lotion on my feet and legs, zero pressure. She did ask twice if I was doing ok. Her polish job was excellent, but I felt no more relaxed than when I started. The only upside was a promo offering a free paraffin dip. Not sure I’d make the effort to drive back since I live in the South part of the valley. Service: Pedicure

Awful and rude. There were a few of the techs that were working on our group that sounded nice, hence the one start, but the tech I had was unprofessionally rude. Any request was met with a blank stare and then an eye roll. Would never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else - there are better places.
