I’m not usually negative, but I had a very bad experience here. First off I don’t recommend anyone go here. They only care about money and not your happiness. One of my friends recommended this place for me, so I went in excitedly and was expecting to have a good experience. First the lady doing my hair was behind because of her last appointment so I had to wait. Then I get in the chair and we get to talking about what I want. I showed her pictures and told her this is what I want. I thought we were in the same page, then she asked how you style your hair I told her my hair is naturally curly but I blow it out sometimes. After washing my hair she starts scrunching my hair to get it to go curly. She didn’t even brush it which surprised me. She sat there scrunching my hair for like an hour. And I thought she just wanted to see my curl pattern and the brush it out and cut it. This lady starts cutting my hair while it’s curly and it took 3 minutes to cut my hair.
