I've come here on and off a lot over the years. I started out with a punch card that once I reached the end and tried to use the coupon, they denied and said they don't accept those anymore and didn't even attempt to make it right. So I accepted it without making a fuss and moved on with the phone number input. Finally I had a $10 coupon to use from points, but when I went to use it, their system said I had 0 points. I have no idea what happened and can only assume they wiped my number clean of points or got a new system and didn't transfer over what I had accumulated. When I went to pay after my latest visit, I had 12 dollars in charges that I had no idea they were charging. They did not tell me this at all and I have no idea what they were for. Additionally, there is no option for a custom tip; only what they pre-determine. And the percentages aren't accurate to the total. My total (which they show after the tip screen), was not accurate with what they said 10% tip was. Very deceivin

I have been going to Tammy-Lynn's Nails and Spa for well over a decade and I always have a wonderful experience. Jenni is my favorite technician but it doesn't change how lovely you will be treated and how beautiful your nails will look. I hate the price increase. I spent over $350 ???? today for 1 little kids spa mani pedi, then the up charges didn't stop and it's so hard to say no, no to a little girl so excited for the gel and designs they just showed her, let alone no when the design is already being done on your nails. That just left a bad taste in my mouth. The outcome is fantastic as always.

I've been going to Cindy (one of the nail techs) since i was in high school (3 years ago) and i wouldnt recommend going anywhere else but here. i absolutely love it. super quick to help customers and the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend going here.
