Great Clips

I think she did a good job of my hair. At first yeah I wasn’t too happy but we had a bad morning, but definitely did one of the better haircuts I’ve had.

I’m really not a fan of checking in online where it tells you there is a 0 minute wait. Or as in todays case, a 10 minute wait. I check in, make the 8 minute and show up to a 15+ minute wait. If you’re going to prioritize walk ins over me who has checked in online, why even make that an option? You wouldn’t call a restaurant, make reservations and then show up at said time, to find out that they actually gave away your reserved seats to a random family that walked in before your time… Multiple times I’ve been to this location and have watched these stylist panic while cutting customers hair and as a result, pull multiple other stylists to their booth to help them figure out how to cut someone’s hair. Leaving me waiting in my chair while the very inexperienced stylists get help from everyone. I can’t imagine too many people come to great clips with crazy hair styles and cut ideas, so when I see a stylist panicking over a simple cut, it raises concerns on hiring practices. Seems kinda l

Fast friendly service. Wait times were short, and they did a great job on my haircut. Would highly recommend.
