I had read online reviews searching for a good hair salon nearby my home and was pleased with what I read about Shelby and Salon LeMont so I made an appt. I couldn’t have asked for better, personalized service, a perfect color highlighting match, as well as one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. I've been a client of Shelby, the owner of the Salon, for almost 15 years and she is FABULOUS!! Before Shelby I'd bounced around between different stylists, but was never pleased with either my cut or color. Once i found Shelby I knew I'd found a winner. In the past years since she purchased the salon, I've seen her put so much effort and energy into making it a great place for both clients and staff. It is clean and well-run, and I've never been dissatisfied. Shelby is extremely professional personable, and I love our conversations we have while I'm in her chair. One thing I've continually been impressed by is her willingness to help her newer employees when they have questions. Almost every time I'm there, at least one or more other staff come to her with color or cut questions. I am so glad I found Rachel and Salon LaMont. She rescued my hair from a horrible haircut I received at another salon.
