Jennifer is Amazing ! Took her a picture of a completely different hairstyle and Color and she was Spot on. Could not have asked for a better, conscience stylest Her booth was spotless! I truly felt she cared about her clients. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks Jennifer, will be back soon.
The only reason I am giving them two stars is because the shop is clean and they answer the phone. The stylist, Jennifer is very rude... I observed her while I waited. Although I made an appointment, she started 30 minutes late. She argued with me about my hair type. It was a very poor shampoo experience. When the appointment over, she charged more than was stated when I called. This is the first bad experience I have had at a SmartTyle salon.
I was kind of disappointed once I got home and realized my hair was white. I asked for a highlight and wanted it to be obvious That I had something done with my hair but once my hair was dry after I got home you could not even tell that I had any highlights and what's the most disappointing is I pay $91 for something you can't even see
