Signature Nail Spa

I have been a customer for several years and I have never been as disappointed as I have the last 2 times I’ve gone in the last 6 weeks. Both times Linh (I believe is her name) did my powder dip nails and IF I go back, I will ask to NOT have her. The first time she berated me for not liking the way she shaped my nails, even though she didn’t ask me after shaping the first nail like the other employees always do. She kept on about it so much that another customer looked over and shared a knowing look with me. She was rough and sloppy when applying the activator and top coat. She then hovered over me as I was paying almost as if to intimidate me. The second time I went in (3 days ago on 7/22), I was told the wait was 10 min and was actually 25 min. Again I get Linh. She kept asking if I wanted to add tips and I said no several times. She pulls and yanks on your hands as if she’s irritated and never once asked me if I liked the shape. I truly value the individualized care and assistance I get at Spoilt. The owner is fantastic and accommodating when needed. Fantastic nail art as well.
