One of the rudest, most unprofessional “stylist” out there. First time I come in, Jess let me know an hour before my scheduled appointment that another stylist would be doing my hair. First mistake. She did not know what she was doing, she was calling Jess on how to proceed on coloring my hair. She left an orange ring on my head.. My hair is dark brown and I wanted a brown violet/red. I lost 3 hours during my first visit because I was told to come back another day so Jess could do it herself. .. I don’t understand why she wasn’t there the first time Fast forward I come back on a Friday. To be there from noon all the way up until 8pm. Yes. 9+ hrs The process was never explained to me until after she messed up and I had to come back a third time. Jess left around 4 pm to get chick fil a and left me in a chair for over an hour. She finishes at 8 pm - charges me 400+ 2 days later.. my hair looks like a hot Cheeto. I texted Jess to let her know I need to come back and she stalls!!! She keep

On Saturday I had an appointment for a blowout at 9 AM before an event at 11 AM. I arrived right on time and I proceeded right away in the wash chair. I clearly let the stylist know that I did not want conditioner used in my hair because it would not hold a curl if conditioner was used and I asked for voluminous curls. I directed this to her before she started my wash at 9 AM. After she had already started washing my hair, she told me that she decided to put conditioner in my hair anyways and she had already done it before I could ask her to stop. It was already too late to change what had been done so I hoped for the best and proceeded into the chair for my blowout and style. Now, to put this in perspective, whenever I receive a blowout elsewhere, it typically takes no more than an hour for a wash/blow dry and style. She started my wash at 9 AM and at 10:15 AM the stylist was still blowing my hair dry. My hair was still damp at the roots when she began to start curling it. As expected

Jessica gave me a fabulous cut and the blowout was amazing. My hair is very coarse and curly and they did a wonderful job making it smooth and silky so its swings!
