I came in as a new customer for a balayage, root cover & cut. I arrived at 10:30 AM and did not leave till 6:42 PM (almost 8 hrs. long!!). I have NEVER had an appointment take more than 3-4 hours for my hair when I had even more extensive work done. I was offered a 4 oz bottle of water the entire 8 hours. Would have packed a lunch had I known this is what it would take for them to do my hair. Color is ok and cut was horrible. I asked for long layers and the back of my hair looks like botched steps. I cannot wear straight as it looks bad. Having to have it recut to correct. I paid $502.00 for a style I have to correct and I am disappointed. Services: Balayage, Haircut

I had a AMAZING experience at this place the customer service was FANTASTIC I was lucky enough to have Fae & Melissa, Amazing people and a amazing place. I'll be back no doubt Services: Beard trim, Hairstyling, Haircut

$50-$70 for a haircut?! Why bother tipping if the haircut itself is going to be expensive enough? There are tons of other local hair salons that do the same amazing work for way less money. Make sure to do research before going here.
