I came in as a new customer for a balayage, root cover & cut. I arrived at 10:30 AM and did not leave till 6:42 PM (almost 8 hrs. long!!). I have NEVER had an appointment take more than 3-4 hours for my hair when I had even more extensive work done. I was offered a 4 oz bottle of water the entire 8 hours. Would have packed a lunch had I known this is what it would take for them to do my hair. Color is ok and cut was horrible. I asked for long layers and the back of my hair looks like botched steps. I cannot wear straight as it looks bad. Having to have it recut to correct. I paid $502.00 for a style I have to correct and I am disappointed. Services: Balayage, Haircut

I had an appointment for a mid-long style haircut and scalp exfoliation treatment on 10/12/22. When I called to schedule the appointment the day before, I spoke with Erin who informed me that the price would be $50 for the haircut and $25 for the scalp treatment. Upon checkout, Melissa at the front desk informed me that it was $75 for the services and she added an additional $30 to my bill for extra time ($15 extra for every 15 minutes over). I was never informed of this additional fee before I scheduled my appointment or during my appointment. She did remove one $15 charge after I questioned the additional fees, however I feel they should have honored the price that was quoted to me originally. Instead of paying $75 plus tip, my bill came out to about $107 with tip, plus the extra time fee they added and a service fee tacked on. One of the best spots in town for guys and gals alike to get as little as a haircut to a full on salon treatment. The owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming and every time I go I feel as if I am visiting old friends to catch up.
