I went in not knowing what I needed for my haircut and asked for advice from Larissa. She was very friendly and knew what my hair needed. I actually have a fear of going to any salon from past bad service experiences (bad experiences happened at other salons, not toxic salon) and Larissa made me feel at ease. I really appreciate the atmosphere she helped create. I’m super ecstatic over my new haircut as well. Thank you, Larissa. You are doing a wonderful job. ^_^ Service: Haircut
Jen was extremely professional and personable! I've been looking for a new salon that understands what I'm asking for, and I think I've found it. Great vibe and pricing here as well.
I use to recommend this place to ppl but definitely not anymore. I went in to get natural highlights with Larisa - paid $130 or so. Ended up with blond blotches. Tried to get in to have them fixed within there two week window but was repeatedly told that they were booked for nearly a month out. I know this is a lie bc Larisa was complaining about how business was slow. Once I finally got in to have it fixed they tried charging me for touchups so ofc I talked to the manager who was lied to and was told that I wanted touch ups… when all I wanted was for my hair to be fixed lol.
