My appointment was with Cyndi and I am SO happy with my hair! Cyndi listened to what I wanted and made a suggestion that I decided to go with and I was not disappointed! I went in wanting something different (blue!) and she met all my expectations! It's been a long while since I had my hair done, as well as a while since I tried a new stylist and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have been coming here since Salon Rana opened. I have curly hair and it was hard to find a place that could put galaxy colors that stayed noticeable for 5-6 weeks and without bleaching/stripping my hair straight. Most of my dark brown hair is bleached, dyed navy blue on top with an ombre pattern of dark purple going into jam/raspberry at the tips. You can imagine how this style can dry out the hair or make it brittle over time if one isn't careful. From my first visit to now (4+ years later), Alma has continued to take care of my hair, dying it cool colors and keeping it soft/healthy. This salon is priced comparable to many average salons while providing quality found at higher end salons throughout SA. If there has ever been an issue (very rare and if so, very minor), my stylist has corrected it to my satisfaction everytime. Everyone here are absolutely so pleasant. I always look forward to my hair appts. Frederico is my stylist and I love him..but every stylist there is just as awesome. Definitely not overpriced and you still get the highest quality of care.
