Pure Posh Salon

This was my first visit to the salon (I’m somewhat new to San Antonio) and I am pleased to say that I had a fantastic experience! I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and knowledgeable. My stylist, Monique and her associate were personable, professional, and efficient. I really felt like I was in good hands and loved my cut and color/highlights. I’ll definitely be a returning client. I’m also a fan of the products they use so this salon is a great fit for me. Don’t hesitate to set an appointment!

Took both my daughters for haircuts and we all were 100% satisfied with quality, care, and professionalism they provided. They will be returning for future services.

Typically don’t even do these, but I had such a bad experience with little to no explanation of why this happened.. I went in very excited for my hair appointment. Unfortunately my total was significantly more than I was quoted and not once did she say during the service “because I’m getting more color it’s going to be different then what I said in the beginning”. And that isn’t even the worst part, I left with my scalp on fire.. and was left with a red scabbed up scalp. I was able to get a small refund back, but I can barely brush my hair without being in pain.. definitely not going back.. Services: Hair highlighting, Hair coloring, Haircut
