I’ve been cutting my hair almost exclusively for years, partly because I couldn’t find a stylist I wanted to stick with considering money is tight for a lot of us. Gambling on a new salon can be scary in this economy. I was complaining to my friend about how hard it is to find someone who can do a really nice personalized short cut, and she recommended Jessica. Wow am I glad I took that recommendation seriously. When I sit for a new stylist I feel like I’m struggling to communicate exactly what I want and I often feel blown off (let’s be honest I want more than the average bear). Not with Jessica! She knows her way around a short cut and it took no time at all for us to be on the same page. She checked in with me a lot on all the important parts so every part of the cut was what I wanted and what I asked for. Visited with Alfonso for a much needed head spa! Alfonso was extremely knowledgeable about the process and products used and made sure to educate me from beginning to end.
