BEWARE ***** I’m really upset I don’t know if these reviews are completely fake because I didn’t receive a good experience. My hair is ruined no offer to fix or refund my service after I asked nicely. I corresponded with Raquel for a few days over a month trying to make sure I was making the best decision on a new stylist. She was sure she could make it happen after getting in her chair. I didn’t receive a professional service my hair looks like an unlicensed fraud did my hair. One side of my head has tons of color the other doesn’t but it gets worse it’s all uneven and orange reds yellows throughout my hair it looks like a mess I have some parts of my head that have color to the root and others that don’t I wanted a balayage touchup with lightner and toner. I would stay away!!! Service: Hair coloring

Raquel is seriously the most friendly, professional, and talented stylists that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! She’s extremely organized, on time, and determined to give you exactly what you want (ok ladies no one can go from black dyed hair to blonde in one visit)! She really takes pride in her work and I plan on going back for life! And not to mention I feel beautiful after every visit!
