I went before and Jules was really really nice and sweet, and it was a good, if not great experience. I can’t say the same thing for Laura, though. I went in today and I booked an all over color, I did not realize what I wanted to do would’ve been more like a highlighting or balayage, and booked the wrong thing on accident. I was told she doesn’t have time today to do my hair because the process would be too long, but I could reschedule. Again, that’s fine and my bad. What I really did not like was her tone, and I was made to feel stupid. I asked if there was anything else I could have done today color wise or whatnot, and she came off snarky. I don’t want to rebook here, I can find somewhere else where I am not made to feel like i’m an idiot. Thanks. Service: Hair coloring

Jami is amazing. I have spent decades, literally, trying to find someone who can work with curly hair. She is legit and knows what she is doing. If you have waves or curls, Jami is hands down the best! Thank you! Service: Haircut

The owner/operator Jami is too cold for this industry. She was openly disgusted by my hair as her fearful assistants stood by trembling . I had to beg her to work on it. I have read other reviews of clients having similar experiences. Other clients used the word frosty to describe the vibe here -frigid is more like it! I won't be back.
