I go here for my beauty treatments. I would not recommend walk in. You should look up the service you want and schedule an appointment. The place is super clean and very convenient. You can get a service then walk to a restaurant or movie theater. Awesome location.

If you want to be treated like a valued customer, say no to Lily Do. Lily did not want to take the time to discuss what I wanted and what options I could go with (I was looking for a big change). As I was trying to have a nice conversation she commented rudely on my lack of knowledge and told me I needed to have common sense. If you want an appointment that begins on time, say no to Lily Do. I arrived early, ready to discuss what I wanted for my hair. Lily was running late. Our appointment began 12 minutes after our scheduled appointment and she did not apologize for being late. She repeatedly reminded me that cuts only have a 30 minute slot and she was extremely impatient with my questions even though she was the one that was late. After a few attempts to make things work, I finally called it. She wasn't happy and told me I could go to a nicer place, pay more, and feel relaxed but that I wouldn't get the cut I wanted in the end (??? but at least I would have enjoyed the time!). I paid
