I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this nail salon for the first time, and I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were shockingly poor, and it has left me feeling upset and concerned for the health and safety of other customers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the equipment used by the nail technician appeared visibly dirty. Unfortunately, it was during the nail cutting process that I made a distressing discovery. I observed an old nail from a previous customer lodged within the nail clipper. This is not only unsanitary but also a clear violation of basic hygiene practices. When I brought this issue to the attention of the technician, his response was dismissive and negligent. He simply shook his head and assured me that it was not a problem.
