I went in to go from dark maroon/red to a copper. When I got home and fully dried my hair it was dark red with a mix of brown… definitely the complete opposite of what I asked for.???? I showed a picture of what I wanted and she told me she could go a bit darker with the picture I showed her. She told me my roots would be a close copper of the picture I showed her and then the rest of my hair would be slightly darker. I see no copper in my hair and I am very disappointed that I have to walk around for 6-8 weeks with a hair color I was trying to get rid of originally????. I wish she would’ve told me getting the copper or close enough to the copper color I wanted wasn’t possible and I would have chosen a different color. Service: Hair coloring
