I have been a regular customer since 4 years. I go to Eva. My first few hair cuts (usually get layers) were very good and I was impressed. 5 stars to those first few visits! Few good things about her is she gives very nice tips during the visit to maintain healthy hair. I have recommended her to many of my friends. But as I started to visit often, the hospitality reduced. My last visit was really bad when she started to clean her suite when I was still half done. I guess it’s because my appointment was in the evening and she had to leave - but what ever the reason, I felt disappointed. I would also like to add that the prices she had told me during the last visit was different from the prices she actually charged for highlights. I tried highlights for the first time and I expected more details from her as i was a first timer but I had to keep asking questions to know more. Just visited Sandi at Hair by Arensman and she did a coloring and styling for my hair. It’s only my second time visiting her, but she hasn’t disappointed! She creates such a comfortable environment and listens to what you want. I absolutely love her service and would recommend her to anyone looking for their hair to be cut, styled, colored, etc!
