Refresh Salon

Very unsatisfied with how my hair came out, I did my hair blonde in the front and the bottom and there were SO many missing spots that showing my natural color and the black part of my hair still showed through my natural hair color as well not even completely black. They were also doing multiple girls hair at once and they completely rushed my hair because of that as I can tell, I’ve never been to a salon where they do that. I didn’t even want to go to try and “fix” my hair I just wanted a refund, when I messaged them for a refund they didn’t want to because “they were happy with the outcome” and said how my hair took so long but it was because they did other girls hair at the same time as mine and continued with me last. My hair was noticeably dyed before, if you can’t do what the client wants please let them know instead of ruining their hair. Super disappointed.

This is the worst salon with the worst service!! They never answer the phone! I requested several times to get an appointment through text , they never reply back until 3-4 days later! I went in person to request an appointment she told me text me I don’t know if I can make the appointment right now. I told her I’m standing right here requesting to get an appointment for partial highlights, so when is your next availability? she kept hesitating to make the appointment, her attitude was bias, she told me I don’t know if I can do it or not! There are hundreds of street salons like this one so please choose wisely. I just chose this cause it was close to home. Service: Shampoo & conditioning

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I just got my hair done here today, they were super kind and easy to talk to! I had my hair bleached, dyed, cut, and then styled, it cost me wayyyy less than anywhere else I've gotten a quote from, and I had fun! This is going to be my go to place from now on for sure. I can't thank you guys enough!!!! Bangs and two colors were a big change for me but I'm absolutely in love with my hair!!!!!!! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
