If you change your mind the old Lady Frances Gets mad. I thought getting ONLY highlighs on cap whould be cheaper but she said $135.she rude just to ask. Fui a otro lugar maravilloso Gracias Por Darme Mal Caracter FRANCISCA Encontre Un Sitio mejor. Fui a un lugar donde me cobraron $90 por SOLO highlights y $45 por el bob highlights for my mom.

Francis did a wonderful job on my hair and thanks to Lisa my nails are wonderful.
