First time here and will never go back. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I walked in and requested a Brazilian and under arm wax. Two people walked in after me and only requested eyebrow threading. Another lady walked in after them and requested eyebrow threading and underarm waxing. I was told I was next for waxing then the last lady. When I was next, the person that did the eyebrow for the two ladies skipped all of us and told us to wait because they only wanted under arms waxing. First of all they never requested it in the beginning. Second, the last lady was told to wait 20-30 minutes for an underarm wax, because I was ahead of all of them. (If you skip people, it should had been her, she was only one person doing under arm only too) Why didn’t they also wait. My time is important too. That was just plain RUDE!!! Many places around here have the same services. I’ll take my business elsewhere where I am appreciated and not skipped.

They've gone downhill. Heena wasn't that good. Lady who did it acted like she didn't feel like it and it doesn't look that good. Bad customer service (not friendly, I think some of them may be a little prejudice, I don't know). This is the second time I've had this lady and she says hello to the non black customers but never to me. She didn't listen to ANYTHING I told her I wanted. Said I wanted a wax and heena. She gave me the heena first, it got messed up while she was waxing me and she said, "you should do waxing then heena so it won't get messed up." I told her I wanted waxing from the beginning but she did the heena first, she wasn't listening.. told her not to do heena on my fingers and I had to stop her because she was about to. I wanted my whole hand in heena and she just did a small one, so she added more on but it looks bad. I feel like she put in no effort..

Terrible terrible service lindsey had to call not one but two people to help her do my eyebrows she took literal skin off of me and expected a tip for all three of them I’d rate this place a zero if I can first photo is my eyebrows done at a place i usually go to second is henna salon and third is after she done my eyebrows Service: Eyebrow threading
