Picture 1: What I asked for. Picture 2: What I got. I literally left this place in TEARS for how bad of a dye job this is, FOR $300!!! My stylist did highlights all over, then left the toner on for ALMOST 30 MINUTES! The lady that was drying my hair didn't even brush it before starting, which was also totally whack. I left with a combination of dark gray, brown, with red-tinted roots. When my stylist was confronting my crying she insisted "YES, it's blonde!" and would come out in 2-3 washes. Uh, no- I'm not sure what kind of blonde she's seen, but that's definitely not, and secondly, will definitely not come out for that amount of overprocessing, and not with how my hair soaks up color. I had to go to Sally's afterwards for hair color remover and now I'll have to have an actual professional fix it. Worst salon experience of my entire life, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I called to see how much are haircuts for women. I was quoted $15 all cuts. When me and my daughter went they charged me $25 and my daughter $35. I don't like to be lied to or misinformed. The staff had no one on one with their client unless it was in Spanish. They were on their phones so much, talking drama or talking about how much they want to hurry and get out (party/ready for the weekend). I will report to the Better Business Bureau. So I do expect the owner to apologize and correct their sloppy beauticians! I doubt I will get!

WORST HAIRSALON EVER, yeah they have good prices but the environment and the lady that was doing my hair were the worst, showed her a picture of the type of bangs i wanted and she just starting cutting my months worth of growing out my hair. Then when she was finished I had no bangs so I had to point it out to her again that I wanted bangs and she just started yanking my two hair strands. I honestly thought she had no clue what she was doing. In the end even she knew it didn’t look close to what the picture looked like and shrugged it off. Would not recommend! Service: Hairstyling
