Ulta Beauty

This was my very second visit to an Ultra Beauty Store. We can in to purchase full face makeup essentials for my 14 year old granddaughter who has to wear it for her school activity. I'm not fun of makeup at all, yet if not excessively use and with the right shapes it can enhance one on natural beauty. The Customer Service Representative who assisted and helped with selecting the right shapes for my granddaughter skin type and shape was very professional, friendly, kind, informative and patient. She made our shopping experience very enjoyable and pleasant. We've returned for a second time and intentionally sought her out to help us again. Drop in and shop with them. They are professional and friendly here. Their store was very clean and well stocked.

I have followed my stylist, Kelsey, to every Ulta location she has worked at. She is far and away the best stylist I have ever had, and I've been to many different stylists over the years. She listens to my requests for styles and colors as well as giving great advice on haircare and products. She has the ability to juggle multiple tasks but still makes me feel like I'm getting personal attention. She also provides a friendly ear and has become a true friend. I will continue to follow her wherever she goes in the future.

Staff is very helpful. My product was out of stock. She told me what day the truck comes in, so I could buy what I wanted. Happy dance.
