Diena Simply Natural LLC (DSN Braiding)

It’s been two weeks and 1/3 of the braids have fallen out. They started falling out 5 minutes after leaving the salon. I paid $250 for this mess. NEVER AGAIN Service: Braids

I would NOT recommend this company, Diena (owner) couldnt even do a secure tight braid down for wig. Also 45 minutes late to do my hair when I had an appointment. Used cheap shampoo that irritated my scalp.I WILL CONTINUE TO TRAVEL TO DALLAS TO GET MY HAIR DONE . $90 FOR A SHAMPOO AND SLOPPY BRAID DOWN ... NOT WORTH IT!!!! Before I left the shop when she did my hair she said that's the best she can do so why even bother trying to fix my hair if you already told me that's the best you can do???? My 1st time experiencing this company and the lady called me on the day of my appt @ 920am asking me to come earlier than my 330p appt. I do not even get off work until 3pm. She stated her son has an event she can not miss. I’m sure you knew of this event before last minute. I asked for a discount if I leave work early to accommodate her and she said she can not do this and that she is the only one in the shop who can do the style I requested Then tried to update me in a style that someone can do that cost more then the style I chose. Very disappointed with their customer service and will not be scheduling in the future. I understand things happen, but I also have a photoshoot for 9am Saturday morning so this is why I scheduled ahead and not last minute. So disappointed.
