It was my first time visiting a Supercuts, and I had my haircut with Jackie. She was so pleasant and professional. She gave me the perfect layers, on top of that, I got my eyebrows waxed with her too. I highly recommend requesting Jackie for your next haircut!
They seem to only employ barbers who aren't comfortable cutting women's hair.
I used to come here for years, but a combination of covid, and management issues has caused high turnover and mass walkouts, including my normal stylist who moved away. Instead, now when I have gone, I get a messy, quickly buzz that leaves me with patchy, uncut strands of hair by every stylist who very much either does not know how to cut men's hair, or just doesn't want to put in the effort. Plus the fact they don't honor online appointments and it's always first come first serve eve if you get there early and book hours in advance.
