SUPER unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend. Made an appointment with Rosy G. (head of salon) and called a couple hours before to confirm, which is when she decides the appointment was not worth her time and flaked last minute. Mind you, I had also been in contact with her the day before where she confirmed the appointment once more. Had I not called to confirm, She was not going to contact me at all to cancel. Be careful booking here, don’t let them waste your time!
