Carlos Gonzalez Hair Studio

Carlos is great at color. That is a fact. However, we booked with him a month in advance for my best friends bridal shower hairstyle, and sent him a picture of what she wanted. We get there at our scheduled time to find him with 2 other guests. He triple booked us. He had no capes and no towels. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and unprepared. To top it off he was conducting personal business on his phone and asked to use our phones to conduct more personal business (house renovations/prescription refills). It’s disappointing as we have gone to him in the past with no problems, but we assume the way he conducts business has now changed. Adding the picture of what hairstyle she wanted and what she walked out with. Do not mistake this for fallen curls, all she received was a blowout!

I've contacted this salon on more than one occasion in hopes of scheduling an appointment (due to the great reviews), but the person responding states he is traveling to Dubai or does not have any openings. There isn't even an offer to schedule a future appointment?

Carlos is an amazing hairstylist and his work is the best work I have ever experienced. Once you start having Carlos take care of your hair you will never go anywhere else. I have been with Carlos for over 10 years and would never trust anyone else with mine and my daughters hair! Love him ❤️ Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
