I made an appointment through their website for 1:30 on Friday. Once I got to the location 10 min before my appointment there was only 1 employee who stayed seated 10 ft away from me who didn’t bother to get up and just talked to me from across the room. I told her I was here for an appointment and she told me that she was waiting for another appointment to show up and the other employee won’t get there until 2:30! She didn’t ask for my name or who I booked with. Whats the point of booking if customers won’t get attended to. I even left my number for the booking and not one call to let me know what’s going on so I wouldn’t waste my time. Clearly the employees need to go through training in customer service and address their booking site.

Honestly awful experience. I should have left when they didn’t realize I had an appointment. I made an appointment for 11:15, no one started on my hair until 12. They colored half my hair, and then stopped to attend other people. Half my head has probably already finished processing, and the other half doesn’t even have hair dye on it. Additionally the lady I booked the appointment with has not been the one to touch my hair. At one point the front desk receptionist was coloring my hair…? I should have known same day appointment places are a bad idea.
