Debbie Armstrong is absolutely the best! She is extremely skilled with colors and highlights. Never a bad haircut. Been with her for years.

I came here for the first time after being referred by a friend. Parking lot was full and it was hard to park. They also dont seem to have a receptionist so it was difficult to figure out where to go or how to find my stylist. The lady who cut my hair was nice (though quite tired-she did perk up toward the end) she listened to how i wanted my hair colored and i walked away loving the color. Its going ro be a while before we can get to the color i want fully but this was the most perfect first step. My cut was good too. When i got home i noticed a very tiny section that was missed but it was no big deal. I know she would have fixed it for me but it was so small that i just trimmed it at home. Overall really enjoyed my experience here, felt likr the cost was affordable and worth it, and plan to return in a couple months for more color :)
