Lux salon is actually luxurious in terms of services they provide and how they provide them to you. First of all its gigantic. I didn’t count but easily there were 15-20 pedicure chairs and same for manicure tables. It is advised to book an appointment but if you haven’t then be patient to wait for 30-40 minutes and they would happily accommodate you. Your technician will ask your preference of colour and type of service you want and it will be delivered smoothly. Big TV screens keep you occupied, music is upbeat , ask for ur choice of drink and get relaxed. My pedi cure was $48 n it included deep cleaning, scrubbing , hot wax and cream massage . I was sent to another person for nail set and she was equally good. She took her time to mix the powders to get the exact shade as i showed her. I was very pampered at the end of my 2 hrs there.

I have been coming her for about 2 years now. The people here are always so sweet, and they try really hard to accommodate you. The place is ALWAYS clean, and they decorate for most occasions. Their place is very welcoming and a comforting place to relax while getting a pedi, mani, or your nails done. They also always wax my eye brows the way I want them and not the way they think they should do them. It's hard for me to find places like that. I definitely recommend them!

Me and my wife went in to get pedicures and we had the absolute worst experience. We typically go to the best establishment ever in Arlington off of Cooper however we’ve recently moved to Mansfield and wanted to try something closer. This establishment looked promising and worth giving a try but that was one of the worst mistakes of my life! Ambiance =5/10 Customer Service =1/10 (And that’s seriously being generous) Quality of work= 3/10 Overall if possible avoid this establishment. I’d rather drive 5 hours to another state and miss my best friends funeral than to ever step foot back into this establishment ever again. Even if it was the last nail salon on earth… I’d make the Guinness World Record for longest nails because I WILL NOT EVER BE COMING BACK! P.S. the person to avoid is MIMI… she will rush you and completely ignore the quality of her work or how you feel just to get to the next customer only to do a horrible job on the next person.
