Natural Edges Salon

I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I felt I had to. I called the salon to see if there was someone that could cut women's natural hair. The woman on the other end of the line said "yes" and asked when I could come in so she could take a look. Fine, no problem. I went in with wet hair, I knew it would most likely be cut either wet or blown out and cut. She put me under the dryer then took me out, sat me in the chair, asked to see a pic of what I wanted and I told her to keep it longer because of shrinkage and, because I wanted it to look like the picture. She literally started pulling at my hair and cutting like she was trimming random hedges. While cutting random pieces of hair, she kept pulling at my hair only to have it coil back, because that's what coily hair does. She asked me something, I can't remember what it was because I was getting upset that she was butchering my hair, and I couldn't just walk out. I'm particular about who cuts my hair because everyone can't style a woman's natural cut. Ferrando does an amazing job everytime. He's on time, professional, and consistent. Hands down one of the best barbers I know.

Only place in the DFW I let cut my hair. Chris, IG, Narri, all are top notch!
