New to the area and decided to go in and see if I could make an appointment for next week. I have long hair so I wanted them to see it rather than just make an appointment online. Ended up standing by the front desk for like 10 min and not one stylist said “I’ll be right with you” or anything. It was kinda humiliating just standing there awkwardly and would hate to ever feel like that again so would never consider going here again.
I went for a haircut with Taylor. She did a wonderful job with my hair. I opted for a hair add on. She suggested the best one hair pack for my hair type than the one I opted for online. She made my experience good throughout the appointment. I will definitely come back
Taylor was incredible, I love my balayage and cut! The atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing and they offer coffee, tea or wine while you are there. Will come here from now on.
