I had an unfortunate experience with Ms Moore at this shop. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to me a customer that was referred (my wife asked me totry a local person) . As I tried to get an appointment she used words to me like "like you are pushing it!" As tried to make a 5:30pm appointment , when the shop hours are until 7pm. We agreed on 5;30pm I said would try to cone before ...I arrived at 5:20 knocked on her door to let her know I was there. With another customer in the chair she dismissed me as a 5:00 pm appointment and then laughed at me...well not only did she loose me for life...both my wife and son will also stop going(the only went once).. There are reviews that suggested this as a pattern from her. Where I am from, we say "she is feeling herself" i.e. she believes she has arrived!! and that it's ok treat people that look liike herself poorly(other black people). I am new to Texas ,and this was among one of the most disappointing experiences I have had so far wow

In from out of town and just picked here bc it was the closest place, and it was a great choice. Erika did a great job and really paid attention to the small details. Nice atmosphere too. Thanks again, I'll be flying home looking good now!
