While the below did happen, the franchise owner and corporate Great Clips were extremally responsive and willing to make the situation right. I would go back knowing that caring, empathetic management is overlooking operations. Went in asking for a fade - EVA said she could do a design on my under cut. She obviously couldn't based on how crooked, uneven, and how many times she had to "fix it". I told her I just wanted the design gone, she refused to show me. Then she told me I was being "ugly", made a scene in front of the salon yelling, "You need to leave, get up and leave, walk out the door!" So I did. When I got out the door, she told me she was calling the cops for not paying. Pictures below for reference. Crazy. Also she didn't use anything to clean it up and left an open cut on my neck. She promised that the lines were gone and as you can see they are not gone. She refused to give me a managers name.

Worst haircut I ever had. Guy who started my haircut don’t even have patience and can’t even listen what I was asking too. Just go with a word. I never see such a short tempered person in any saloon. Left in the middle, later another stylist came and tried fix the mess. But it was too late. First person already made my hair toooo short in the front. Till now, I never suggested people not to use a place. But first time I told my friends and colleagues to never even try to visit the store.

Changed my review for a few valid reasons. Back I'm April I underwent the worst trim I've ever experienced from a newer hair stylist who was a Black Male. He ruined the top which had a nice flow going and took 4 months to grow out, he flat out buzzed me leaving only less than a half inch left. Haven't seen him ever since then and I should mention this was minutes before taking a Mathematics test which was already terrifying.
